Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective:

  • Contact lenses

  • Eye care solutions or accessories once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on product availability

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping, handling, or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability and product condition. Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
